Temporary Property Office Assistant - Entrada Real | Tucson, Arizona

The Property Office Assistant will perform various administrative duties related to office operations as assigned. The core of American Campus culture involves everyone being fully invested in everything that we do down to picking up the smallest piece of trash. No matter their position or duration at any given property, everyone picks up trash.                                  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):  

  • Administrative work to include data entry, filing, copying, answering phones and assisting customers
  • Takes and delivers messages; transfers calls to appropriate personnel
  • Answers questions about organization and offers information related to the operations
  • Monitors front desk operations including mail/package delivery, building access and visitors to the building


One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
